The newer 5 cyl engines have the lower ATF hose bringing the fluid to the radiator, not the upper hose.
Also, at idle, the pump will fill 2 quarts very fast! Only pump 2 quarts at a time, you do not want bubbles in your clear line.
You might want to spring for a tranny funnel at the local parts store. It has a very long and thin neck. It takes 'forever' to pour 2 quarts back in.
I found that removing the air intake hose, from the radiator to the air filter box, gave me a very nice working space. Not sure about the S60 config.
