R turbo exhaust manifold swap

I have a 1998 C70 HPT (T5). I installed the R-type manifold with no problems. It's hard to say if it has made a difference as I've got multiple upgrades (Short Ram Intake Kit, Turbo Intake Kit, IPD Heavy Duty Turbo Control Valve, Silicone Intercooler Hose Kit, and Silicone Vacuum Hoses.

All of these parts together gives my 222k C70 a heck of a lot of get up and go, but I'm not sure how much is due to the R-manifold.
