I have opened up the lighter area and exposed the wire2 and can see where the7 go to the engine wall. The wire all LOOK ok. I have checked the grounds by the battery and jingled the wires all look like good connections. I have charger from my cell which glows Motorola blue when it gets power. About every few days is glows and will charge. The lighter wires themselves I can get to and check. If I check at these since I closed up the center area and I have ready access to these shows no power even if in pos 1 or 2 when the light does not show. I have opened up the fuses and changed the fuses as well as the relays below below them. I am still stuck. I would like to open up again the area around fuses and get under it. I removed the four torx and then the three under but did not see or feel an easy way to remove or flip it to expose the underside. Still working on a solution other than just running new wires.
