Would you happen to have pics on this for examples?

After this weekend I'm wondering if I have more than that for an issue here.
Windows fogged up while system was on AUT for Control speed level and the center dial was on AUT and the system just could not defrost at all. I had to wipe the windows down on the inside.
What issues do I have now? or am I using the system wrong?
