True S70 1999

The '98 S/V70 said 29psi but you're right in that although the car is exactly the same car, Volvo did change the written specs for 2 years on the S/V 70 (2WD) ('99-'00 only).

The S80s, S/V 40s and 2001 V70s now say 29psi again.

I have no idea why Volvo changed the written specs on those for 2 years only but the car itself didn't change at all for those 2 years.

My whole point here was only to note that no crime was commited, that's all.

If someone forgot to put oil in the engine or tighten wheels, it'd be a different story.
