Oh, so this is what you're ranting about above?

Sorry if I seem to jump on your case here BUT IMHO, if you really dislike any establishment then I fail to understand why you'ld take your car there and give them your business. If I felt as you do, I'd either go elsewhere or fix it myself (which was how I got into this business to begin with, failure to trust others workmanship).

I don't work even close to that dealership either btw but I do know a few things about the business and why some things happen as they do.

This is a technical support forum, not a place to rant about dealerships in general especially when you're obviously just nitpicking IMHO, not really being fair to them.
