What I meant with the 'dipping' is nose diving at normal stopping pressure. When you come to a full stop, does the nose of the car raise up 1 inch or more. Less than an inch is considered good, more than that is usually a bad strut.

I haven't driven the 'normal' S60, the "R" is a bit on the rough side and does not 'lean' much.
