I have tried several aftermarket rims for my car and none of them balanced well enough at high speeds. When you put OEM wheels back it is just great, no vibration at high speeds. I couldd't come up with enough to buy OEM rims, I went with steel ones and have been happsy since, no vibration, smooth ride. It could be that I have't tried good aftermarket ones, e.g. MOMO or BBS, but American Racing are so bad.
