Basically everything. Here's what I can remember right off the top of my head.

- power supply to amp

- wiring from amp to speakers

- wiring from head unit to amp

- fibre optic digital out put ("fire wire") from cd changer to head unit

- power supply to head unit

- power supply to cd changer
