What do you think of this deal on an S80. S80

Just to say, we have one of the Hertz S80s that we bought certified at 22,000. Its an 04 with the 2.9 naturally aspirated and now has 120,000 on it. I don't really think that it has had more problems than any other S80 and anything related to the past use (ac compressor broke, brakes very worn, and the driver seat ripped) were all fixed either when we took deliver or shortly after so I would imagine that if the car did have issues from its rental use, they have probably also been seen and solved by now. If you can, look and see what the previous owners have done.
