I purchased my '98 V-70 in June of 1997. And as I stated, the battery went dead (with no warning) last week-end. Just click, click, click. That would make the battery 3 years ad 9 months old.....which ironically is *exactly* the life of your battery. Hmmmm..... Most of my driving is highway driving and although I have 80,000 miles on the car I get it serviced religiously. In fact, just had the 80,000 mile check up two weeks ago. Wouldn't you think a weak battery would have shown up during that checkup??
