KC where is the brake backing plate?? S70 98

Hi KC its me Rob the guy who has that sound when making a left turn like metal rubbing together....i know this might sound dumb but can you pls tell me where the brake backing plate is....tks buddy for your help from Rob 1998 S70T5M
