So.. the cold weather came back and it's snowing. Makes it very hard to work on the car, so I have to fall back to planning.
Here's the next cosmetic issue I want to tackle - a nice dent in the passenger corner of the bumper.

So the main question is, what's the best way to pop those dents out.
I've already tried to "pop" the white bumper itself using a short prybar, but it's pretty insistent on staying dented. I've not gone after the grey inner-liner, but I expect that I'll need to remove the entire bumper to get at that one.
I accept that I'll need to use some filler material to get things smooth, and fortunately, I already have a can of factory white (189) and SEM black bumper paint.
Would using a heat gun on the dents make them more likely to return to original shape? Are there any tricks to fixing this sort of damage?
