There are a number of relatively inexpensive things you can do to prolong the life of that transmission. Do a fluid change (several drain and fills, not a power flush) with good JWS 3309 fluid, then do a B4 Servo cover change ($25 part, 0.6 hrs labor) followed by a software update at the dealer.

All the other things you list are basic maintenance items and are relatively cheap (two to three new car payments for an equivalent new model).
