Check ebay.com. There are almost always a few of the remote key 'fobs' up for bid there. Usually they run about $20-30 and they are easy to program for use on your '93 850 (you can program up to 3 'fobs').

To program you get your remotes handy and turn the key in the ignition from off to position "2" 5 times leaving in position 2 on the fifth time and press one (and only one) of the buttons on each of the remotes you want your Volvo to use. That's all there is to it!
