95-97 850 wagons are great and relatively simple.

98-2000 V70's. 1998 is best as the 99 and 2000 models had some throttle problems but are still good cars. No AWD. Early AWD models can be troublesome.

Avoid 2001 and 2002. 2003+ FWD's are good. So are 2004+ AWD's.
