Another piece of the puzzle
My son said both times that this has happened he had the heater and fan at maximum.
When i started it to drive it home, the temp gauge dropped to zero and the warning went away
when i got home ( 1 min drive ) the engine was still cold but the radiator fan kept going
i hope this lends a little more light on the subject
