Repalcing the PCV elbow S70 1998

Finally got it on after an exhaustive battle with the smaller loose, moving end.
I pinned that end down with a long bladed screwdriver against a bolt head and then was able to hold the rubber elbow with a pair of needle nose pliers and force that end on. Whew!
No hopefully after resetting with my code reader, my CEL will stay off for good!
