Thanks, all great tips, for negotiating too.

Can't do much about prior oil changes if synthetic oil wasn't used, but not too late to start. Would be nice if I could get dealer to throw in TBelt change (approaching 10 years) and fluids flush, but the dealers are always stingy.

I just finished grooming daughter's 2000 V70 SE, passed down from family duty, into a sweet running machine. I will probably keep the V70!
