Oops there goes my torque converter!??? 850 1997

In my 93 850, the torque converter has not work since ~ 3 years.

When I drive the car in the highway speeds higher than ~ 55-60 miles, I get the flashing arrow light.

The oil does never come out of the dipstick, not sure why yours does this.

I believe the code is 423 or something similar. There is a solenoid that controls the locking function.
