DTC codes: p0133 and p0140 S70

I'm fairly new to S70. I got the car for my teenage son to drive. It's a 2000 car. A few weeks ago, the CEL came on. I finally got a chance to scan it for code. It threw out P0133 and p0140. I know from some reading on the Internet that it's about the two O2 sensors. Is it likely that both sensors went out the same time or could it be something else causing this? Thx for any inputs.
