I don't have specific advice, but it is worth noting that the rear sensor responds to what's going on with the front sensor, so seeing codes on both pre and post cat sensors isn't too surprising.
Is this a turbo car, or N/A? The N/A cars of this vintage are Denso and the fuel air ratio sensors are $$$ (I just did one on my 2000 N/A in response to a P0130).
I'd look for a vacuum leak first. I don't know if it applies to your car, but there was also a harness extension at the sensor end in response to contaminant clogging of the harness (reference air comes through the harness insulation).
