My experiance is that the Sport shocks are WAY stiffer than the Heavy duty. I found them quite uncomfortable on another vehicle I had. Don't know if Bilstein even lists them for Volvo. You could check with shockwarehouse.com and you can talk to a Bilsein tech @ 1 858 453 7723
