Optional on 94-95 850's, standard with Turbo and T5 models. Should be the same reliable pump as yours. Did you check the ABS fault codes? A-3, 4-4-1 and 4-4-3 are the pump failure codes.

My daughter was driving a 94 T through a wet skid pad. During her 3rd time through with water spraying every where, the ABS light came on. We drove home and I checked the codes. Pedal position sensor and 4-4-1!! The dealer said it was toast and would only cost $2K to replace.
Five days later, I reset the ABS codes, started the now very dry car and drove off. The ABS light went out! Seems the electronics shorted with all of the water.
