Error codes 1-4-2, 3-2-2 850 1995

I have a 1995 Volvo 850 Turbo, recently had S2 Solenoid changed, now getting obdII code 3-2-2 (incorrect gear ratio) and code 1-4-2 (oil temperature sensor open circuit). Does anyone know if this requires a new transmission or how do I fix it. I have reset the codes but it will eventually come back. Help!!
