For the 1-4-2, just check the wires at the sensor. They may have been unplugged or bent and need TLC to get a proper contact.

Occasionally, I have had the 3-2-2 without an up shift arrow. I just delete it and go my merry way. It is usually related to the PNP switch. Did you try rowing the shifter to clear it?
