Klaus,

I had a chance to re-read your response and James above. I apologize if the way I worded my question appeared snobbish or elitist. That certainly was not my intention. As I told James above, I was poking fun at myself, because I felt a little embarrassed asking questions about how to resolve minor issues, that most people would just ignore, especially with a used 13 year old Volvo.

Klaus, I appreciate your help and advice very much. You and James above, alone with the other members of the Brickboard community have helped me immensely over the years with advice, and have saved me a lot of grief.
