Unless you are willing to spend over $1,000 to get OEM, and even more to get a factory subscription to software mods, the VIDA/DICE you can find on the market come from China/Hong Kong. The one you posted was obviously Chinese, and over priced in my wallet.

If you have a spare laptop with Windows 7, look for a $20 version which gives you a cable and DVD. Version 14 is the newest that will work. All 14D versions contain material for every model and year Volvo, up to 2014.
