Did you lock the car? I only ask because the security module will not be able to complete its check because the hood was up. The little LED on the top of the dash should have rapidly blinked all night...

When did you notice the antifreeze leak? Did you initiate Lawnmower syndrome by moving the car a little before you worked on the hoses?
