I've had to do this job a couple of times due to the originals disintegrating plastic adjuster and housing. The first replacement also had issues but was usable. Now I have the second replacement and all is good. Follow Alschnertz instructions--and I'd add this -- pull the turn signal assembly absolutely straight out -- if you angle it the two thin plastic locating pins at the rear of the lamp may break. And 2nd -- take note of the drain and vent tubes in the rear of the headlight assembly--they are easily lost. Oh, another point--the glass lens is easily removed to clean the inside if needed. At the salvage yard I swapped out a sandblasted lens for a nice one that came from an assembly that had a poor reflector. -- Dave
