Wet floor V70-XC70 1998

Access to the single drain is under the dash, forward of the shifter. You will have to remove the glove box, then the kick plate under the glove box, then the kick plate against the transmission tunnel. That will let you see the black drain pipe.

Or, you could jack up the side of the car, put stands under the front subframe and rear frame. Remove the jack, and slide underneath to see the under side of the drain. A black rubber grommet with a hole in it. Use a stiff wire, 12 or 14 gauge, and slide it up about 6 inches. If you pull it out and it is wet, there is part of the problem.
