MY CAR IS A LEMON S40-V40 2001

I've got a 2001 S40, purchased the same day as yours and am having similar problems with the cruise. I'm headed back for the 5th time to get it fixed again. Last time they replaced the cruise vacuum motor and it worked great for almost an entire month, but it's beginning to act up again. The lemon law in the state I'm in classifies the car as a lemon after 4 unsuccessful attempts to fix the same problem and the problem affects the use or market value of the car--I'd classify my problem as a lemon. Let me know what transpires with your problem...
