Mysterious Groaning on startup. Please help! 850 1994

i have the same thing on my 94 hp turbo. after a minute of so of running, it seems to go away at idle, but as soon as i hut anywhere from 1500-3000 rpms, if apears loud and heavy. recently, i have been letting my car heat up in the morning for 5-10 minutes so i know it is ready to run and so that i wil not damage anything. that and the noise is gone.

94 854 turbo. (193 hp, 230.1 ft/lbs) numbers are higher, but till i go back to the dyno, i am unsure.
