1998 S70 won't start S70 1998

If you jump it again, does everything work properly i.e. lights are the right brightness etc. if so then the alternator is working well enough to power all the electrical. Take it on a freeway, drive it for 10-15min. shut the engine off & see if it starts. If it does then the alt. gives enough juice to the battery to restore the energy lost at start. Then try to start the engine again in say 1 hr. if it's dead the your battery is not holding & therefore is toast!
