Bilbo,

You can get the reset tool from IPD. There are other posts about a PC interface + software, so search the archives.

You order the Haynes Manual from Haynes (www.haynes.com) There is only one for the 1997-2000 Series 70. The cost is less than $30.US w/shipping.

Using the manual and the excellent advice from the mechanics & DIYers on this board has saved me well over $1500.US to date.
