various switchs don't light up 850 1994

Thanks for the help.

Will replace with newer design switches.

Just got the car last month, didn't test drive at night so I didn't notice the switches didn't light up. I always turn the dimmer down to roughly 50%, looks like the previous owner didn't though.

Looks like I am going to forego the rear window switch since the whole array has to be replaced. Heard the array was around $120. I can reach behind me and use the door switch instead.
