Known issue 850

Frank--thank you for the info. My car has had synthetic about half it's life (dealer switched the previous owner over and I use Mobil 1 10-30. Head was a factory new head at 166k miles, now at 136k miles (no problems so far). I make sure to get on it hard, in sport mode, whenever I drive the car. My wife used to drive her old 245DL like the throttle was an on/off switch...in the 850t she's a bit more timid, but still excercises it some. Fingers crossed and hoping that history is past.
