Just came back from getting keys for '99 S70. Download from the computer was $76, key blanks were $20 each, and "labor" to cut them was $40 plus. The fun part was the "miscellaneous charge" of about 10 bucks, described on the invoice as non-invoiced oils, greases, nuts & bolts, welding rods, et cetera. I made the cshier reverse that charge--it was described to me there as a "standard charge" figured aat about 10% of the labor charge. Watch your invoices!
