Oil filters, Fram or Mann? 850 1995

Anyone with a LPT/HPT should be running Full-Synt oil. Which brand is debatable(I like Mobil 1). If you have a N/A, most mechanics seem to PREFER Castrol. In our cars 10W-30 is the grade. good luck,BD
PS- thanks for the info on the spring in OEM oil filters; I'll try it next oil change.
