Lifter Tapping S70 1999

I'm talking about the noise the lifters make when the engine is running, minus a cold start up, although a cold start up noise shouldn't last that long either. If the car is warmed up and they are tacking/clacking at idle then there is a lack of oil problem. I've never heard of a design problem with the new solid lifters, sounds fishy to me.
