That individual is the LAST person that one should look for Volvo advice. He has nothing to say about Volvos, in general, he even got kicked out by his dealer (I am sure partly because of his annoying negativity)...Aside from that, he does like to change his name quite a few times so you don't really know who you are dealing with...
