Factory Fog Light Install 850 1995

I did it on my 96 850T. There is a detail instruction from Volvo to walk to through steps-by-steps. You can just call Volvo dealer and inquire about the fog light and ask them to fax you the instruction. To cut the holes on your bumper, you have to remove the lower front bumper skin and there should be molded marking to let you know where to cut. I use a dummer tool to cut the holes. Make sure you have replacement rivets to re-assembly the bumper. Good luck.
