All,

My S70 t-5a has an annoying habit of refusing to downshift (i think). When I let off the gas around 15-20 mph, the tach stays around 1500 rpm causing a perceptible drag. If I shift the vehicle into neutral the rpms drop to 900 or so. What gives?
