Many people think of the wax as a polish. But there are plenty of polish compounds out there. But if the purpose of the wax is to PROTECT your car's finish, then you need as high a concentration of carnauba as you can find. The active ingredient, carnauba, comes from a south American plant and produces a crystal-like protective coat. When I was growing up, they used to use it on bowling alleys! The higher concentrations are likely to be a paste as this stuff is very dense. If you can squeeze the "wax" out of a bottle, I'd keep walking.
