Question: top speed S40-V40

I'd be a little skeptical unless the S40 had a JATO pod strapped to the roofrack. GPS is on occasion in error. Tom Irwin mentioned that his car rental company's GPS device had him taking a trip to Las Vegas and back at Warp 9 speed.
