Question: top speed S40-V40 2000

I take my relatively stock V40 to 135 mph about once or twice a month. Occasionally down a hill I'll hit 140-145, but until I get it chipped... I'm stuck at 135. Everything over 100 has been stable for me. I'll post my top speed if I get it chipped.
