Which is better for a car? 850

When I purchased my 850, I was so proud of it I only drove it on the weekends for about a year. Not good my mechanic told me. It is worse on the car to let it sit, unless you put it through full storage technics like previously listed. The car is made to be driven. I will never do that again. Have your parents drive the car.
