What does it cost to read & reset codes? 850 1996

My dealer charges flat rate $32 to read and staight tiem @ $79 per hour to do diagnostics. The most that I was ever charged was $32 to read and $40 for 1/2 hr of diagnostics. An indy shop charged me $20 to read and reset the code, no testing though.
