1) You can buy the wiring for the side markers through IPD and the side blinkers as well, although you can get the side blinkers cheaper through volvoparts.com. I think instructions for the install comes with the wiring and I think it's posted on volvospeed.com (Bay 13) as well.

2) Are you sure the button on the dash isn't the one for the single rear foglight?

3) For fog light installation, look in the archives. There have been some extensive discussions and write-ups.
