Run, don't walk, the other way. A friend of mine got suckered into the same story on a motorcycle (for the guy's son in the Czech Republic who changed his mind, bla,bla,bla)The title never showed it ended up being an auction theft recovery bike stripped and mutted together so the headache and hassle were not worth the $2000 he tried to save. Good Luck.
